Reiki
Reiki is a form of holistic healing that is done by placing the hands on parts of the body to help heal the etheric & physical body, mind, and spirit. Reiki meaning universal life force, when broken down, Rei means spiritual consciousness and Ki is the non-physical vitality that gives life to living things. Ki (chi) energy flows in our bodies, when we are happy, when we are full of energy the Ki energy is high giving you a higher resistance to illness an disease. Whereas if the Ki energy is low from feelings of stress, being unhappy or tired, then you will be more susceptible to illness and disease . Ki energy can be activated with reiki for the purpose of healing the body from the stress and unhappy feelings. The healing is done by the body’s own healing abilities, by guiding the energy, giving the person unconditional love, joy, harmony, balance, and healing.
